The Minecraft with Python course by IT Step Academy is a unique opportunity for your child (ages 12–14) to turn screen time into skill-building time. Over the course of 6 months (48 lessons), they will:

• Create pixel art, sculptures, and buildings in different architectural styles using Minecraft.
• Learn core concepts in binary logic, arithmetic and conditional programming with red sand and block-based methods.
• Take their first steps in Python programming, including basic syntax, functional and object-oriented programming.
• Complete creative and technical final projects in both art and coding.

Frequently asked questions

How many children are in a group?

Each group has no more than 16 students.

Can we attend a trial class?

You can sign up for our open events for children, where your child can explore various IT fields.

What if a child misses a class?

The class can be made up with another group. Alternatively, the child can catch up independently through the MyStat platform, where homework and all related lesson materials are stored.

Can the schedule for children's computer courses be changed?

If there is a group available on other days/times, then yes.

What documents are needed to enroll in IT courses for children?

To sign the contract, you will need: an ID of the registrant over 18 years old and a document with the student’s information if they are under 18 and not the registrant.

Is it mandatory to complete homework?

Homework is practice. It needs to be done to reinforce the material covered and to receive feedback. If there are difficulties with the assignments, you can always ask the teachers for help. They will definitely assist in understanding the topic.
